Big Armed

As Hayden grows, I've needed to favor my stronger, right arm when holding him. Every day, I can feel my right arm grow ever stronger as he moves and wiggles around, which requires more and more effort on my part to hold him. I have this vision of my right arm growing bigger, and I mean noticably bigger than my left. Like the guy in Lady in the Water who only worked out one arm.
